This is an interesting feature that you will find very useful. Simply put, “CHANGE ORDER” helps when you are unable to complete a payment order resulting to a partial payment delivery. You can now adjust the trade amount to fit the delivery you have already made and this feature can only be initiated by the seller (sender).
For example, let’s say you sold an order of $500 and you were only able to pay $300, click to “CHANGE ORDER” and input the amount you were able to pay for ($300) and submit the request to the buyer. Once the buyer accepts the “CHANGE ORDER” request, the system will adjust the payment to instantly refund or release a balance of $200 to the buyer. After this both parties can proceed with the transaction.
